1. Feature Changes
1.1. Message Customisation on Web
You can now edit and style emails in the web interface. For more details please visit Getting Started with Report Designer.
1.2. Bulk Edit Users in Windows Client
Users can now be bulk edited by exporting users, modifying them in a spreadsheet and then importing the file for update. For more details please visit How to Bulk Edit Users.
1.3. SSO Settings are Now in Admin Module
The SSO configuration settings can now be updated in the administration module rather than in the web.config files.

3. How to Upgrade to Ideagen Quality Management 7.3
3.1. Saas Customers:
Contact your Account Manager to schedule an upgrade service.
Note: If you intend to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) as part of the upgrade then your account manager will be able to provide further guidance on the process.
3.2. On-Premise Customers:
Contact the Ideagen Customer Transitions Team to discuss an upgrade service.
