1. Audit workflow

Each Audit record goes through the stages outlined below.

Stage	Description
Audit Scheduled	Audit is scheduled and all Auditees are notified.
Checklists Added	Auditor added a list of questions to be reviewed during the Audit.
Schedule Confirmed/Rescheduled	Audit confirmed if all Auditees are available or rescheduled to another time.
Audit Performed	Audit performed, all checklists completed, and findings raised.
Checklists Completed	Checklists completed and compliance level noted.
Findings Raised	Observations and non-conformances raised.
Audit Report Accepted	Auditees accepted the report.
Findings Completed	Findings processed and completed.
Audit Closed	Audit marked as completed.
