1. Audit workflow
Each Audit record goes through the stages outlined below.
| Stage | Description |
| Audit Scheduled | Audit is scheduled and all Auditees are notified. |
| Checklists Added | Auditor added a list of questions to be reviewed during the Audit. |
| Schedule Confirmed/Rescheduled | Audit confirmed if all Auditees are available or rescheduled to another time. |
| Audit Performed | Audit performed, all checklists completed, and findings raised. |
| Checklists Completed | Checklists completed and compliance level noted. |
| Findings Raised | Observations and non-conformances raised. |
| Audit Report Accepted | Auditees accepted the report. |
| Findings Completed | Findings processed and completed. |
| Audit Closed | Audit marked as completed. |
