The integration with Ideagen Mazlan Home brings a new authentication system that changes depending on the method you use.
The supported methods are:
- AWS Cognito
- Single Sign-On (SSO) through an external identity provider (IdP)
User email addresses need to be unique within Ideagen Mazlan Home, so each user can only use one authentication method: either AWS Cognito or SSO.
To handle this, users must either fully switch to SSO or have separate accounts for each method, which means having two user records in Ideagen Quality Management.
