Report Designer Example: Using Filter String to Show Selected CA/PA Stages on a Ideagen Quality Management Report
To generate a report which will display only specific stages in Report Designer:
- Open Report Designer and go into Design View.
- Locate the collection you wish to apply the filter to and click on the [>] icon.
- Click on [...].
- In the "FilterString Editor," use the plus icon to add criteria to your filter. The following example is the criteria to display only the Corrective Action stage on a CA/PA record.
- If you wish more than one option to be displayed, click on "And" in the editor screen and then select "Or." In the below example, this will return records where the criteria is either a Corrective Action or a Follow-up Action.
- Click [OK].
- Save your report.
