No special access or permissions are required.
Ideagen Quality Management 7.9.1.6 is a minor product update that includes fixes to the Ideagen Hub integration and a few other minor issues.
1. Feature fixes
Migration tool Get User role fix for Hub-exported users
When migrating users to Ideagen Hub, the Migration tool was only checking for admin permissions assigned via static permissions to a user account. Users whose admin access came from a group were missed and ended up migrated as regular users instead, losing their admin access after migration.
This has now been fixed, and all Tenant Administrators will be correctly identified and migrated regardless of how their permissions were set up.
Migration tool OIDC attributes mapping fix
This update resolves an issue introduced during Ideagen Hub migrations where OIDC claims were being incorrectly read between the Ideagen Quality Management application and Hub, resulting in a mismatch in Single Sign-On (SSO) attribute mappings.
The fix addresses an incorrect username value being applied to the Hub user records during migration, which prevented affected users from being successfully located and authenticated at login. The OIDC attribute mapping has been corrected to ensure consistent token claims are applied across both platforms, restoring seamless SSO login functionality.

Identity Client Type validation fixes
When the Ideagen Hub integration is enabled, the Identity Client Type field is now read-only. Previously, Administrators could still edit this field, which caused SSO login issues for some customers, who then had to contact Support to restore their configuration. Other SSO fields such as Client ID, Client Secret, and SSO URL remain editable.
When the integration is disabled, all fields in the section remains editable as usual.
