1. Features

Document content search performance improvements

Resolved an issue in version 7.9.1 where enabling the Document Content Search Extraction tool caused excessive consumption of application resources.

Performance has been improved to ensure the tool operates efficiently without impacting overall application stability.

Ideagen Hub validation enhancements

The unique validation on First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name combinations is removed across all Person entry points in the Winindows client, including supplier and customer contacts.

Once Hub enabled:

• a primary email is now a required field across Web, Windows, and the web service endpoint.
• the Reinstate button is now disabled on both Web and Windows to prevent actions that could cause data inconsistency between Ideagen Quality Management • Professional and Ideagen Hub.
