Hub Cognito callback URL for Windows client

There's a security issue with how the Windows client handles Single Sign-On (SSO) login redirect URL. When a user signs in via Cognito, the app currently redirects to "http://localhost/callback" after authentication, with "http://localhost" being flagged as insecure.

We've changed that redirect URL to "https://qpulseapp" for Cognito only. Nothing changes for other login providers like PingOne, Okta, or AzureAD.
