Hub Cognito login failure in GMT-N server time zone

This version fixes a login issue for Hub customers in GMT- time zones (e.g. US). The problem was caused by authentication cookies using the server's local time, making them seem expired when checked against GMT.

Example

A server on EST sets a cookie expiry of 16:00 local time, but the system validates against GMT (20:00), making the cookie appear expired immediately. This cause users unable to log in.
