Server error when creating records

This version resolves an issue where users could not create new entries in the Audit Other Subject and Approval Basis managed list when using the Windows client.

Users encountered a server error immediately upon attempting to add new items. This issue only affected the Windows clients on  a modernised environment; the Web client and all other managed lists continued to work normally. Old world customers were not affected by this issue.
