Navigating the Audit module
Who is this article for?Users accessing the Audit module.
Audit module access is required.
When you first access the Audit module, you will be taken to the Audits list. From here, you can search, filter, and interact with any record you have the permission to view.
Opening an Audit will take you to the Audit Details view where you can see additional information about the record.
This article shows you how to effectively work with each of the views.
1. List view
This default view displays a paginated list of all Audit records on your system.
You can use the bar above the list to filter the list and the bar below the list to navigate between the pages.
1.1. Search
To search for a specific Audit:
- Select the search bar.
- Enter the Audit Number, Title Status, or Auditor.
- Click Search.
The list will refresh, displaying only Audit records that match your search parameters.
1.2. Filters
There are filters you can apply to the list to help you view the Audit records you're after, improving load times.
Scheduled range filter allows you to display Audits scheduled within the selected time frame. You can adjust the default value in the web.config file.
Column filters allow you to display results that meet specific criteria.
Filter builder allows you to create more complex filters using additional operators. This is particularly useful if you need to filter a single field for multiple values. For example, filtering the status to show all Open or Pending records.
2. Calendar view
You can use the View Type button above the list to switch to the Calendar view.
Here, you can view the current status of each Audit at a glance.
2.1. Filters
There are filters you can apply to the list to help you view the Audit records you're after:
- Day shows all Audits scheduled for a specific day, showing the planned times of the audits.
- Work Week shows a weekly view of the Audits, excluding any Audits scheduled on a Saturday and Sunday.
- Week shows a weekly view of the Audits, including any Audits scheduled on a Saturday and Sunday.
- Month shows a monthly view showing all Audits scheduled for the month.
- Timeline shows Audits scheduled over a longer period of time; weekends and weeks are identified.
3. Audit Details view
To open the Audit Details view, click the Audit record in the list view. From here, you can view all information specific to it.
Eaach tab contains unique information about the record.

| Audit | Displays details such as the Auditors, Status, etc. |
| Findings | Displays list of Findings raised against the Audit. |
| Auditors & Auditees | Displays list of users involved in the Audit. |
| Scope | Displays a list of all reviews performed on the Audit. |
| Checklists | Displays a list of all checklists associated with the Audit. |
| Properties | Displays additional details, such as Attachments, Notes, Links, etc. |
1. List view
This view displays a list of all Audit records on your system.
You can use the left pane and the bar above the list to filter the list or view Audit actions.
1.1. Search
To search for a specific Audit:
- Select a Calendar.
- Set a Scheduled Date.
- Choose a Status from the dropdown.
- Choose an Auditor from the dropdown.
- Enter Keywords.
- Click Search.
You don't have to fill out all fields to return results.
The list will refresh, displaying only Audit records that match your search parameters.
2. Calendar view
You can use the Calendar... buttons above the list to switch to the Calendar view, where you can view the current status of each Audit at a glance.
Each status is represented by a unique icon.

| Audit performed and Audit report accepted. | |
| Audit performed, Audit report accepted and any associated findings (CA/PAs) have been completed. | |

3. Audit Details view
To open the Audit Details view, double-click the Audit record in the list view. From here, you can view all information specific to it.
Each section contains unique information about the record.
